I’m trained in Western classical tradition, having added pop rock, reggae, funk, blues, and improv since my later teens. Forever grateful my Middletown, Ohio public school system had a strong strings program under the direction of Mr. James Veith!

I love early & Baroque music, string quartets & chamber works, and the standard European & Russian symphonic works.

Happy to serve in any role whether Concertmaster of a small community orchestra, or section player in larger groups.

I’m a capable sight-reader (unless it’s in 5+ flats …;-0) across Western eras and many world styles.
