I love working with the bride and groom to create truly memorable wedding music!

A typical wedding program:

• For about 15-20 minutes before the ceremony: I play a mix of classical tunes and cultural tunes from the culture/s of the families, e.g., Celtic, Jewish/Klezmer, African-American Spirituals, Latin, Appalachian, etc.
• For Processional: I usually play a current pop or rock tune of the couple’s choosing accompanied by a professional backing track: Close To You, 1000 Years, You Are My Sunshine, Color My World – any tune of your choosing!
• During the ceremony: I’ll play another tune of the couple’s choosing which can be popular, classical, or cultural
• Recessional: Either a classic like Brahm’s “Here Comes the Bride”, a pop tune, or a joyful improv or classical tune. The Recessional is typically 2-3 minutes as the couple exits and the guests begin to exit the ceremony area.

If you’d like a strolling violinist for your engagement or proposal party, birthday or anniversary, or other special event I present a mix of classical, improvisation, cultural and my own compositions.
